This is a field-based role with weekly travel, giving you the opportunity to work closely with Centre Directors and guide them in delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families and colleagues. The Role Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing Own the growth, success and sustainability of your centres. Own the performance, quality and consistency of a group of centres, ensuring each one delivers strong commercial results. Drive performance that is repeatable and sustainable, supporting centres to move from close to potential to consistently above. Use data to drive performance and spot risk early. Use data to rapidly diagnose performance, prioritise actions and make informed decisions. Identify opportunities for growth and early indicators of decline, acting quickly to protect performance. Lead with clarity and accountability at scale. Set clear expectations and create a consistent message across your group. Ensure Centre Directors understand their performance, priorities and what great looks like. Coach, develop and multiply leadership talent. Lead with trust and empowerment, developing Centre Directors to take ownership and grow capability. Stretch high performers, share best practice and multiply talent across your centres. Be a guardian of standards and high performance. Maintain uncompromising standards for operational excellence and leadership behaviours. Challenge anything that threatens performance and reinforce continuous improvement. Act boldly and move performance with pace. Address challenges quickly, remove barriers and maintain momentum, particularly in key trading periods. Create long-term sustainability. Embed what drives success, ensure smooth manager transitions and build a culture of succession planning and talent development. Given the geographical spread of our centres, the majority of this cluster is likely to be in the south and midlands.
