Performance Creative Strategist (Part-Time, Remote)

We're looking for a talented Performance Creative Strategist with a passion for creating ad concepts that drive growth.
This is a role for someone who loves understanding why people buy and turning those insights into creative ideas that perform. You'll be working across independent e-commerce brands in categories such as Jewellery, Apparel/Fashion, Fitness, Pet, Beauty, Cosmetics, Entertainment, Homeware and Lifestyle.
You'll collaborate closely with our media buyers, designers and video editors to develop creative strategies and ad concepts that help our clients scale.

This Job comes at an interesting time in our agency journey. It has the scope to jump in early and progress into a more senior, full-time role as we grow.
About the Job
In this role, you'll be expected to:
- Develop creative strategies for Meta campaigns across multiple e-commerce brands.
- Conduct customer, competitor and market research to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Build creative testing roadmaps based on angles, hooks, formats and customer psychology.
- Strategise, plan and script UGC campaigns
- Write clear and detailed briefs for our designers and video editors.
- Write hooks, ad copy, scripts and messaging frameworks for paid social campaigns.
- Analyse creative performance and identify what is working, what is not, and where to focus next.
- Collaborate closely with media buyers to ensure creative and account strategy work together.
- Keep up to date with trends across Meta, TikTok and the wider DTC landscape.
- Use tools such as Foreplay, Motion, ChatGPT and AI tools to improve research, ideation and workflows.
- Communicate effectively and proactively with team members and clients.
About You
The ideal candidate:
- Has a genuine passion for advertising, customer psychology and creative strategy.
- Wants to work with independent brands and takes pride in the direct impact of their work.
- Understands that performance matters more than personal preference.
- Keeps up to date with paid social trends and knows what resonates on Meta and TikTok.
- Is an excellent copywriter with the ability to write compelling hooks, scripts and ad copy.
- Has strong strategic thinking skills and can turn customer insights into creative concepts.
- Is comfortable reviewing data and using performance insights to guide decisions.
- Is organised and able to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Enjoys collaborating with designers, video editors and media buyers.
- Is curious, open-minded and willing to continuously test and improve.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Creative or Paid Social.
- Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and social-first creative.
- Experience using tools such as Foreplay, Motion and AI tools.
- Familiarity with customer awareness stages, objections and direct-response copywriting.
- Someone who is excited by experimentation and constantly looking for ways to improve performance.

Remote Work Requirements
- Must be comfortable with remote work.
