Role Description The Performance-Based Sales Consultant – Premium Programs is a full-time remote role responsible for enrolling qualified candidates into Acceler8 Growth’s premium programs. In this role, you will conduct scheduled sales conversations (primarily via Zoom or phone), actively listen to prospects’ goals and challenges, and clearly communicate the value and structure of our programs. You will manage a personal sales pipeline, follow up with warm leads, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, handling objections with empathy, guiding prospects through decision-making, and meeting or exceeding agreed-upon performance-based targets. You will collaborate with coaching and marketing teams to provide feedback from the field, continuously refine your sales approach, and uphold a consultative, ethical, and service-oriented sales process.
