Open to candidates across Australia willing to relocate to Perth (must have full Australian work rights - no sponsorship available) With a strong presence across Australia and a global network, we’re looking for a PeopleSoft specialist to join our team supporting a key client in Perth. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, build and support enterprise PeopleSoft solutions, particularly across HR and Global Payroll. What you’ll be doing Analyse business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions Configure and customise PeopleSoft modules across HR and Payroll Design and develop integrations, interfaces and enhancements Work across the full SDLC including design, build, testing and deployment Troubleshoot complex issues and support continuous system improvement Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure successful delivery outcomes What you’ll bring Strong experience across PeopleSoft HR and Global Payroll Deep knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, AWE and Integration Broker Solid understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and development best practices Experience with data integration, database management and security End-to-end SDLC experience , including large-scale enterprise implementations Strong testing knowledge across complex environments Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting capability Why join NRI?
