As a People Partner , you will support managers and teams at key moments—ranging from everyday challenges to critical people decisions. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Support managers and employees in day-to-day HR topics and key people decisions Close cooperation with HR Business Partners Ensure high-quality delivery of HR processes (employment lifecycle, promotions, internal moves, exits) Contribute to key HR cycles: Performance Management, Talent Review, Compensation processes Provide guidance on labor law, internal policies and HR best practices Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support an inclusive, high-performing culture Work with HR systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors Partner with Talent Acquisition in recruitment and candidate experience WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Experience in HR, preferably in international company (from 2-3 years up) Strong communication, networking and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment Problem-solving and proactive mindset Precise and detail-oriented, ensuring all documents are 100% accurate Strong ethics and integrity (transparency and trust) Very good knowledge of labor law Fluency in English and Polish is a must Strong technical skills: MS Office and web applications, SAP/SF will be additional advantage WHAT WE OFFER Full-time employment contract Competitive benefits package: private medical care LuxMed, life insurance, Pension Fund, Social Fund, Multisport card, discounts in the canteen and Nestlé boutique, free parking Flexible working hours and hybrid work (up to 10days remote work per month) Additional 2 days of annual leave – granted to employees who fully use their annual leave entitlement within a given calendar year.
