This role partners closely with HR, People Analytics, HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to eliminate manual reporting, enable self-service insights, and support data-driven decision-making.This isn’t your average internship — it’s a chance to roll up your sleeves and jump into real, high-impact work that shapes how we grow, support our clients, and take care of our people. You’ll collaborate with teams across HR, Operations, Client Services, and Technology to bring big ideas to life and help us keep things running like a well-oiled machine.If you’re passionate about project management, operational efficiency, and helping people thrive — this internship was made for you!What You'll Do:People Data AutomationDesign, develop, and maintain automated workflows for people data ingestion, transformation, and reportingReplace manual, error-prone HR reporting processes with scalable, repeatable automationBuild and schedule automated dashboards, metrics, and data feeds for recurring people insightsHR Systems & IntegrationsAutomate data flows between HR systems and analytics platformsPartner with HRIS and P&C teams to optimize system integrations and data architectureSupport system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations from a data automation perspectiveReporting & Analytics EnablementEnable self-service reporting through automated dashboards and standardized datasetsEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across people metricsDocument automated processes, logic, and data definitions for transparency and sustainabilityData Quality & GovernanceImplement automated data validation, audits, and exception reportingEnsure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standardsIdentify and resolve data quality issues at the sourceContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to further automate, standardize, and streamline people data processesStay current with automation tools, analytics platforms, and people data best practicesSupport data modernization and workforce analytics initiativesRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Analytics, or a related field3–6+ years of experience in data automation, analytics engineering, or HR technology rolesHands-on experience automating data workflows and reporting processesStrong working knowledge of HR data and people metricsProficiency in automation and analytics tools such as:SQLPower BI or TableauExcel (advanced)ETL or workflow tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power Automate, Python, Airflow)Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and process-improvement mindsetAbility to translate HR requirements into automated data solutionsExcellent attention to detail and data quality disciplineEffective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, ADP)Experience supporting people analytics or workforce planning teamsExposure to cloud data platforms or data warehousesUnderstanding of HR data privacy, compliance, and ethical useApply today — your next chapter starts here!
