Position Overview: Key Responsibilities We are seeking a proactive and people-centred People & Culture generalist to join our People & Culture Operations team at LEGO Digital Play. This role will play a key part in building and delivering a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle, supporting onboarding, people operations, policies, systems, processes, and day-to-day employee support across multiple regions. Working closely with the Director of People & Culture Operations, you will help shape scalable people practices and operational foundations as we continue to grow globally. Build & deliver exceptional Employee Experiences Lead the delivery of exceptional employee experience from onboarding through to offboarding Act as a key point of contact for employee queries across all locations, providing guidance and support on people processes, policies, and day-to-day matters Partner closely with managers and People Partners to ensure consistent and positive employee experiences across the business Support the delivery and continuous improvement of onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Help foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing culture aligned with LEGO Digital Play’s values and ways of working People Operations & Process Excellence Develop, review, and maintain global People & Culture policies, processes, and documentation, ensuring they remain up to date and aligned with company culture and operational needs Support the implementation and optimisation of HR systems, tools, and workflows as the organisation scales Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce manual work, and enhance efficiency across the People & Culture function Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and reporting across multiple jurisdictions Support the management and coordination of global employee lifecycle administration and operational activities Organisation Growth & Transformation Support organisational growth initiatives including scaling operations, integration activities, and change initiatives as the business evolves Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted partner and collaborator to managers and employees Partner with the wider People & Culture team to help build scalable frameworks, processes, and operational foundations suitable for a high-growth environment Contribute to people-related projects and initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and operational maturity Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in a relevant professional environment Experience in a People Operations, HR Generalist, or People & Culture role within a fast-paced, scaling, tech, gaming, digital, or startup environment Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation Experience developing or improving people processes, policies, and operational frameworks Comfortable working autonomously and building structure in ambiguous or evolving environments Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Experience supporting global teams and working across multiple regions is highly desirable Experience with HR systems implementation or optimisation is highly desirable Experience in the digital gaming, technology, and/or digital sector is a plus Department LEGO Digital Play Locations LEGO Digital Play London Office Remote status Hybrid
