Job Title: Payroll Specialist – Work from Home About this Role: Servi-Tek Facility Solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist . As a Payroll Specialist, you will administer the activities relating to the company payroll, benefits, and employee leaves. You will be responsible for timely and accurate payroll data, including the complete processing of the timekeeping and payroll systems for all Servi-Tek employees. Payroll/Accounting Responsibilities: Ensure all field employees, jobs, schedules, and budgets are properly entered and maintained in a time-tracking system. Run daily, weekly, and semi-monthly variance reports to ensure all employees are clocking in and out properly. Work with management to bring all employees into compliance with time and attendance guidelines. Assist in the preparation of semi-monthly pre-payroll processing activities. Process payroll for employees twice a month Review payroll transactions and ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely Analyze payroll issues and recommend corrective actions Performs other support duties with the Accounting Department as required. Creation and updating of SOPs on assigned tasks. Checking, plotting, and updating Employee Time Off. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field preferred. At least 1–4 years of related experience in payroll, accounting support, timekeeping, or administrative support. Knowledge of payroll processing, timekeeping, and attendance tracking is a plus. Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting/payroll software is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Tech-savvy and comfortable using online tools, trackers, and systems. Strong attention to detail and good time management skills. Highly organized, analytical, and systematic in handling data. Can work independently and handle confidential matters responsibly. Good written and verbal English communication skills.
