Sizanid Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our growing HR team. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full payroll cycle and ensuring accurate and timely compensation for our employees and clients. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll laws, compliance, and tax regulations, as well as proficiency with payroll software and systems. You will collaborate closely with HR, finance, and operations teams to deliver a seamless payroll experience and contribute to the efficiency of our organizational processes. Key Responsibilities Process and manage the full payroll cycle accurately and timely for employees and contingent workers. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations. Maintain payroll records, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve payroll inquiries. Calculate and process wage adjustments, bonuses, commissions, and deductions. Manage employee benefits related payroll functions such as garnishments, tax withholdings, and leave deductions. Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports on time. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain data accuracy. Assist in payroll audits and implement improvements for payroll processes.
