About this Position Join Henkel as an HR Processes Specialist and play a key role in ensuring smooth payroll and HR operations. In this role, you’ll handle HR administration, payroll processing, and compliance, supporting employees with accuracy and efficiency. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and ensure adherence to local regulations. What you´ll do Supports external fully managed payroll processes with ability to conduct calculations, quality checks, payment processes, benefits administration and reporting for Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway Responsible for ensuring compensation and remuneration policies are compliant with HR and payroll statutory regulations and laws Local HR data maintenance in HR and the work force management systems Coordinates and executes the HR administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management Handles inquiries from employees, HR, and other business teams through ticketing tools or via e-mail Drives continuous process improvement, participates in projects and initiatives related to payroll and HR operations Lead on salary / pay equity reporting and respond to internal and external survey and report requests Supports internal and external audits What makes you a good fit Previous experience in a multinational FMCG company is an advantage Strong attention to detail and numerical skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Good command of MS Office and Strong excel skills Payroll process optimization reporting Fluency in Swedish and English, (Spoken and written) Finnish is a merit. Competency in HR or equivalent database systems, with the ability to run reports. A degree or suitable third-level qualification in a related HR, Finance, or data/digital-oriented discipline.
