With EfficienSync Business Solutions, your unique needs always come first. Role Description This is a remote work-based role. You will Lead the end-to-end execution of projects - such as Payroll health check - audit and recommendations, process and system implementation and improvements, Payroll advisory and consultancy services in topics such as legal/compliance clarifications, process design recommendations, vendor selection support, audit/optimisation, payroll implementation execution advice - ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in alignment with global standards and trends. Support the development of the global business governance framework, ensuring transparency, compliance, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Drive process harmonisation, balancing standardisation with compliance to local regulations. Manage the vendor implementation workstreams, including requirements gathering, testing, cutover, and stabilisation. Coordinate comprehensive system implementations by ensuring correct configurations. Lead change management and communications, ensuring that employees, managers, and stakeholders are well-informed and engaged during transition. Track and report program progress, risks, and issues to governance boards and executive stakeholders. Provide thought leadership and insights on future global business strategy, ensuring scalability and resilience for years ahead. Develop and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, roles and responsibilities, escalation paths, KPI’s and deliverables using standardised PM tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Facilitate governance calls, steering committees, stakeholder reporting, and maintain all project documentation. Control reports and reconciliation processes during cutover. Support harmonisation of global business processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Provide training and support to staff and policies. Identify automation opportunities in time, data validation, and reporting workflows. Define success metrics (accuracy, timeliness, cost efficiency) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance or related field. min. 8 years of project management experience. Proven experience managing global process and system implementations, improvements, and audits. Strong understanding of change management principles. Proficiency with project management tools. Strong project management skills: planning, execution, issue resolution, risk mitigation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organisation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound recommendations Ability to manage complexity and deliver results under tight timelines. Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on Teamwork and cross-functional alignment. Change leadership: able to drive adoption, manage resistance, and embed new ways of working. High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards. Growth mindset, adaptability, accountability and willingness to challenge the status quo Professional certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP/PRINCE2) Implement digital tools and RPA/AI solutions Additional qualifications in Change Management or Governance (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) Nice to have: Professional certification in Payroll (e.g. CPP, CIPP, GPA) Experience in conducting soft skills development training sessions to employees with different levels of work experience, leaders and/or managers. Remote work with a B2B contract. Start in July 2026. You don't need to be in Poland. We are looking for a professional in EMEA, the US or Canada.
