The role offers hands-on exposure to payroll processes, official submissions, and client service, working closely with senior team members in a professional and collaborative environment. The key responsibilities of this role will include: Assisting in the preparation and electronic submission of documents to the Social Security Office and the ERGANI labor information platform Supporting payroll calculations and payroll issuance, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Following and applying Firm policies and procedures in day-to-day payroll tasks Supporting the team in adapting to regulatory or procedural changes, with guidance and mentoring Upholding high standards of business ethics and professionalism in all tasks Contributing to the delivery of high-quality client service, responding to requests and supporting client needs Working with team members to support compliance with tax, labor, and accounting laws and standards The key requirements of this role are (hard & soft skills): 0-2 years of professional experience in a payroll role Basic knowledge of labor and social security legislation Knowledge and experience to the ERP of Soft1 and Pylon will be consider as a great asset Excellent command of spoken and written English Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and various business technology applications Completed military obligations (if applicable) Effective communication and teamwork skills A proactive attitude and a commitment to professional development What’s in it for You?
