The Patient Engagement Manager owns our patient engagement function end to end, ensuring an exceptional experience for both patients and mentors. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role that blends day-to-day patient and mentor support, program operations, compliance, and client reporting. You'll report directly to the VP of Client Success and work closely with her to onboard new clients, manage existing ones, and contribute to company-wide initiatives, including strategic planning and brainstorming.
This is a high-ownership, do-the-work role from day one - you won't be managing a team at the start. As the function grows, you'll begin managing contractors, and over time grow into leading a full-time team of Patient Engagement Managers. We're looking for someone who wants to build the foundation now and step into people leadership as we scale.
