Legal Research and Writing: - Conduct high-level legal research. - Draft and review legal documents, motions, and briefs. Communication: - Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and court officials. - Present cases in court as needed. Client Counseling: - Provide strategic advice to clients regarding patent litigation. - Counsel clients on patent-related matters and legal strategies.
