YOCTO is building one of the highest-leverage retention marketing teams in the ecommerce ecosystem. We run lifecycle marketing (email, SMS, direct mail) for fast-growing health, wellness, beauty, and subscription brands, and we work closely with leading tech platforms and agencies across the DTC space. We’re hiring a Partnership Manager to generate pipeline by owning YOCTO’s tech and agency partner ecosystem - driving referrals, co-marketing initiatives, and net-new opportunities through a focused, relationship-led growth motion. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a revenue-driving partnerships role , not a brand or community role. Your core responsibility is simple and measurable: generate qualified pipeline through tech and agency partners. You’ll do this by identifying the right partners, building trust-based relationships, and turning those relationships into consistent referrals, co-marketing initiatives, and closed revenue. You’ll work directly with the CEO and operate with high autonomy. This role rewards leverage, follow-through, and commercial judgment - not volume activity. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Partner-sourced pipeline & referrals: Generate net-new and cross-sell pipeline through tech and agency partners Own partner relationships end-to-end: outreach → relationship → referral → closed-won Proactively nurture existing partners to increase referral volume and quality Clearly position YOCTO’s value so partners know when and who to refer Partner acquisition & ecosystem growth: Identify and sign new tech and agency partners with strong ICP overlap Build a balanced partner network that compounds over time Qualify partners based on real revenue potential, not logos Aim to add multiple high-quality partners per quarter Co-marketing & joint initiatives: Execute high-impact co-marketing plays with partners: Webinars, Case studies, Email swaps, Content collaborations, Events Turn relationships into repeatable distribution and demand generation Focus on outcomes: leads, meetings, pipeline - not vanity metrics Ecosystem presence & relationship building: Represent YOCTO at relevant ecosystem events, meetups, and partner activations Build credibility and visibility within the DTC, SaaS, and agency ecosystem Strengthen existing relationships and open doors to new ones Tracking ownership: Keep CRM and ClickUp fully up to date Track partner activity, referrals, pipeline, and outcomes weekly Maintain a clear view of what’s working, what isn’t, and why Own and improve partner processes and workflows over time WHAT YOU'LL NEED Proven experience generating pipeline through partnerships, ecosystems, or alliances Strong commercial instincts and comfort with revenue ownership Ability to build trust quickly and follow through consistently Clear, professional communication - written and verbal Comfort working independently with minimal oversight Experience in SaaS, agency, ecommerce, or adjacent ecosystems NICE TO HAVE Existing relationships in the DTC, SaaS, or agency ecosystem Experience running co-marketing or referral programs Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline reporting Experience working closely with founders or executives COMPENSATION & PERKS This is a remote contractor role with a competitive base and performance upside.
