As a Partnership Specialist, you will be responsible for both acquiring new partners and nurturing existing relationships to maximize performance and revenue across our trading platform and proprietary trading firm. šÆ Your Mission Acquisition & Business Development Identify, prospect, and recruit new affiliate partners, influencers, educators, trading communities, and introducing brokers. Present and promote the benefits of our affiliate programs to potential partners. Negotiate partnership agreements and onboard new affiliates successfully. Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to create attractive and tailored partnership opportunities. Monitor the performance of newly acquired partners and support their growth. Affiliate Retention & Growth Build strong, long-term relationships with existing affiliates and strategic partners. Ensure partner satisfaction through proactive communication and personalized support. Analyze affiliate performance and identify optimization opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to develop initiatives that increase partner engagement and revenue generation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our affiliate program and partnership strategy. ā What We're Looking For Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory. Previous experience in affiliate management, partnerships, business development, account management, sales, or customer success. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong relationship-building abilities and commercial mindset. Results-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Forex, Prop Trading, FinTech, or Trading industry is a strong advantage. š„ Why Join RaiseFX & RaiseMyFunds?
