The Partner Manager for CPaaS White Label will be responsible for driving indirect revenue by identifying and growing opportunities with Sinch’s white label partners. In this role, you will own the end-to-end partner lifecycle, develop joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and work cross-functionally to ensure our white-label partners have the enablement, resources, and support needed to successfully sell and scale Sinch’s communication solutions. Key responsibilities: Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for senior executives and key stakeholders within partner organizations. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Collaborate with partners to build and execute joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. Partner Enablement: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales engineering teams to develop enablement materials. Ensure partner sales and technical teams are fully trained on the value proposition, features, and deployment of our white-label platform. Pipeline & Revenue Management: Co-sell with partners where appropriate, manage the partner sales pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and take accountability for achieving indirect sales quotas. Performance Tracking: Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners to evaluate performance against KPIs, optimize strategies, and identify areas for expansion. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the voice of the partner internally, providing actionable feedback to Product Management, Support, and Marketing to continuously improve the white-label offering and partner program. The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Experience: Solid experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, or Business Development within the CPaaS, SaaS, UCaaS, or Telecommunications industry. Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud communications technologies (SMS, Voice, Video, API integrations) and a proven track record of managing white-label or OEM partnership models. Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding channel sales quotas and revenue targets. Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to build strategic business plans and translate them into measurable execution. Communication Skills: Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives. Collaboration: Strong ability to work seamlessly across internal departments (Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal) in a global, matrixed environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
