Ideal Profile: 5 Years+ Exec Search experience Retained experience / Origination focused Strong Billing background; $800,000+ annual billings Open on market experience from: life science, healthcare, industrial, consumer, financial services, technology, private equity etc Offering: Base $175k Commission scheme up to 50%, rough pay outs of 50% on all billings – no deductions for research, admin, marketing etc - 25% if executing.
