We’re looking for a commercially driven Partner B2B Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with casino and sportsbook operator partners across key markets. This role focuses on partnership growth, commercial performance, operational accuracy, and long-term relationship management. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure strong account performance, smooth operations, and sustainable revenue growth. Responsibilities: Manage relationships with assigned operator partners across casino and sportsbook brands. Oversee onboarding, due diligence, and IO execution for new and existing accounts. Ensure contractual compliance, accurate reporting, and timely payment collection. Monitor traffic quality and account performance, identifying risks or anomalies proactively. Resolve operational and commercial issues efficiently and professionally. Identify opportunities to optimise commercial performance and grow existing partnerships. Maintain accurate records of operator deals, promotions, and bonuses. Identify and onboard new operator partners across target GEOs. Negotiate commercial agreements including RevShare, CPA, Hybrid, and Fixed Fee models. Analyse account performance and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with BI, finance, publisher, product, and operations teams to support account growth and operational efficiency. Ensure all operator activities comply with internal and regulatory requirements. Escalate compliance concerns, disputes, or fraudulent activity when necessary. KPIs: Growth in active and signed operator accounts. Increase in FTDs and recurring revenue across assigned partnerships. Expansion across GEOs and commercial deal types. Zero unsigned or undocumented operator agreements. Accurate account setup, tracking, and reporting. Timely payment reconciliation and issue resolution within agreed SLAs. Delivery of operator feedback to internal teams within agreed timelines. Contribution to new partnership opportunities and commercial growth initiatives.
