About the Opportunity: Gear Inc. is looking for a Part-Time Recruiter (20 hours/week) to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates. This role offers flexibility, as it comes with remote work options and flexible hours to suit your schedule. Responsibility: Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels. Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update our candidate database. Collaborate with hiring teams to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Desired Expertise: At least 2 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency). Familiarity with a variety of sourcing tools and techniques. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously. Experience in BPO recruitment is a plus.
