This customer-focused role is responsible for assisting consumers primarily via inbound phone calls with credit report requests, facilitating disputes, and providing clear and accurate information regarding credit reports Representatives send consumers copies of their credit report via email and mail and submit consumer requests to Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs) while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards. Team members may also be cross-trained to support additional Consumer Assistance groups as needed. This is a part-time remote role working 20 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work a set schedule of Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM EST.
