Job Description This is a remote position. We are seeking a forward-thinking, remote part-time AI Content Creator to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge artificial intelligence tools to produce high-impact visual and written content for various creators and aesthetic platforms like Pinterest. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for detail. You will play a crucial role in supporting our client’s marketing and creative initiatives, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of their brand and of their clientele as well. This is a part time, contractual, freelancer position for 3 months while working at home. JOB DESCRIPTION AI Asset Generation: Utilize generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion) to create high-quality, "Pinterest-style" aesthetic content and tailored assets for specific digital creators. Social Media Management: Execute the daily posting of content across diverse social media platforms, ensuring all posts are optimized for engagement and brand consistency. Data Collection & Management: Proactively collect and organize relevant data, trends, and content inspiration to feed into the creative pipeline. Content Organization: Maintain a structured digital library and content calendar to ensure the marketing department has real-time access to ready-to-post assets. Administrative Support: Handle routine admin duties including file management, basic performance tracking, and cross-platform content synchronization. Prompt Engineering: Continuously refine and document "prompts" to ensure the AI output remains innovative and aligned with evolving brand guidelines. Miscellaneous Tasks: Completing other ad-hoc tasks as needed to support marketing, creative, and creative analytics functions. Tools, access and licenses will be provided by the client. Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field. 2-3 years of proven experience as a remote Virtual Assistant, Creatives professional or Marketing related experience. Having a US-based client in the past is a huge plus. Basic knowledge and skillsets in Creatives, Image processing, Social Media (see below). TECHNICAL AND OTHER SKILLS Expert to Advanced AI skills and experience, including proficiency in leading AI generative tools such as Midjourney, DALL-E, or Stable Diffusion, and LLMs like ChatGPT or Google Gemini. Project Management Acumen: Solid understanding of project management principles and the ability to assist in tracking and organizing tasks. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a strong attention to detail. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and professionally. Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Has worked before in a creative studio or agency Has worked with different brands and products Familiarity with Branding documents, design and brand “tone of voice: REQUIREMENTS FOR REMOTE WORK Eligible to legally work as a remote freelancer or contractor based in the Philippines. Natural-born Filipino citizen or Foreigner with a working VISA or permit to legally work in the Philippines. Has own computer or laptop capable of handling the rigorous demands of work. Has a fast and reliable internet connection at home (at least 200-300 MBPS) Has a quiet and distraction free work environment at home. Can work with minimal supervision Willing to work in graveyard shifts or changing shift US schedules. HOURS OF WORK Work from home. Full-time freelancer, contractual position 11:00am to 3:00pm PST USA Mondays to Fridays 4 hours guaranteed shift per work day US Holidays off and unpaid Any overtime needs to be pre-approved by the client Benefits COMPENSATION: $9 to $11 per hour GROSS rate depending on experience TAXATION: As per Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations, professional fees for self-employed individuals are subject to a 5% or 10% Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) . The final tax will be calculated based on the freelancer's submission of a valid Certificate of Registration (COR) as self-employed . CONTRACT: This is a 3-month long freelancing trial contract (full-time) that can be done remotely at home with a computer and a fast and reliable internet connection. There are no benefits for Freelancers during the evaluation period. POSSIBLE RENEWAL: However, if the Client decides to renew the contract there may be certain benefits such as paid sick leaves, paid vacation leaves, HMO health insurance and 13th month pay. These are not guaranteed and everything will depend on performance and client discretion. REPORTING TO: Although you will be reporting directly to the designated manager from our client, you will also be reporting to and will be supervised by Big Ideas Social Media Inc, who is the consultant and service provider (Agency) of the US business. Big Ideas will be the ones to provide your compensation and other HR and administrative needs locally. LEGAL STATUS: You will be classified as “Self-Employed” when it concerns legality and taxation. You will not be considered an employee of our Client or Big Ideas Philippines but instead, you will be a self-employed freelance professional.
