We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal with experience working in a U.S. law firm environment. The ideal candidate will support attorneys through legal research, document preparation, case management, and administrative coordination while ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal procedures and deadlines. Responsibilities: Conduct legal research using online legal databases and other resources. Draft, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, pleadings, motions, and correspondence. Manage and maintain case files, client records, and legal documentation. Assist attorneys with trial preparation, discovery processes, and case strategy support. Coordinate filings with courts and administrative agencies. Monitor deadlines, court dates, and compliance requirements. Communicate with clients, courts, and external parties in a professional manner. Prepare summaries, reports, and case timelines for attorneys. Support attorneys during hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings when required. Requirements Proven experience as a Paralegal in a U.S. law firm. Strong understanding of U.S. legal terminology, procedures, and documentation. Experience handling case management and legal research. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or related field preferred.
