Duties - Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal teams - Assist with legal case management, including organizing and maintaining case files - Conduct document review and analysis - Draft and edit legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs - Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases - Interview clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters - Assist with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and organizing trial binders - Maintain calendars and schedules for attorneys - Perform general clerical tasks, such as answering phones, filing documents, and managing correspondence Requirements - Must have knowledge in California law - Proven experience working as a paralegal or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures - Proficiency in using legal case management software - Excellent research and writing skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team *This position is classified as a Paralegal in accordance with California Business & Professions Code §6450.
