We are seeking experienced Paid Search operators who can step into accounts immediately and drive measurable business impact. As a Paid Search Associate, you bring strong hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns focused on ecommerce and direct response performance. You are comfortable operating directly in platform, analyzing data, and implementing optimizations that improve revenue, efficiency, and scale. You take ownership of campaign performance and thrive in fast-paced environments where speed, accuracy, and analytical thinking are critical. In this role, you will work directly with Jump clients and Acquisition Directors to develop and execute testing roadmaps that support aggressive growth targets. You will analyze performance data, identify opportunities for optimization and expansion, and proactively implement changes to ensure campaigns consistently meet or exceed client KPIs. This role requires someone who is comfortable operating independently in platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads and has direct experience managing ecommerce campaigns with measurable revenue impact. Core Responsibilities Own day-to-day management and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads Build and manage scalable ecommerce account structures including Shopping, Performance Max, brand, and non-brand search campaigns Conduct search term analysis and implement negative keyword strategies to reduce wasted spend and improve intent targeting Manage and optimize bidding strategies including tROAS, tCPA, Max Conversions, and Max Conversion Value Identify opportunities for keyword expansion, match type testing, and campaign scaling while maintaining efficiency targets Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROAS, CPA, CVR, and revenue Monitor pacing, budgets, and spend allocation across campaigns to ensure efficient growth Create clear performance reports and present insights and optimization plans to internal teams and clients
