Work Setup: Fully Remote Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Pacific Standard Time Salary: $1,300 Employer: IT company located in Montana, USA Overview We are looking for a highly execution-focused Paid Media Manager to own and operate the company's lead generation campaigns across multiple ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn). This role is built around rapid campaign deployment, continuous testing, and performance-driven iteration. You will be responsible for launching new campaigns on a monthly cadence tied to new lead magnets, optimizing performance quickly, and scaling or killing campaigns based on results. This is not a traditional set it and optimize slowly ads role. We operate in fast cycles and expect quick turnaround, clear thinking, and proactive recommendations. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution Launch new paid campaigns within 3–5 business days of receiving assets Build and manage campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Maintain a consistent campaign structure to support rapid repeat of successes and drops of failures Rapid Testing & Optimization Run structured tests on creative, copy, and audiences Monitor performance daily and make adjustments quickly Identify winning campaigns and scale them Shut down underperforming campaigns efficiently Remarketing & Funnel Management Build and manage retargeting campaigns across platforms Ensure users are brought back into the funnel for conversion Optimize full-funnel performance (not just top-of-funnel clicks) Strategic Input Provide clear recommendations on: Ad creative improvements Messaging and hooks Landing page or offer adjustments Translate performance data into actionable insights Reporting & Visibility Maintain a centralized dashboard showing performance across all platforms Provide simple, clear weekly performance updates Ensure full transparency into campaign results and decisions Required Experience Proven experience managing paid campaigns for lead generation Strong working knowledge of: Meta Ads Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Experience with retargeting and conversion-focused funnels Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments What We're Looking For Fast executor — you can build and launch quickly without overcomplicating Data-driven — you rely on performance, not opinions Proactive — you don't wait to be told what to improve Strategic thinker — you understand how ads connect to the offer and funnel Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change Nice to Have Experience with tools like Looker Studio or other reporting platforms Familiarity with CRM-driven audiences and lead syncing Experience working with monthly campaign cycles or growth marketing team
