About Nabbe
Nabbe is an Indian graphic tee brand built around cultural nostalgia — vintage Bollywood posters, All India Radio, street corner objects, cricket fields.
We're a small, design-first brand. Our voice is warm, witty, and culturally specific — we don't explain the joke, because our audience already gets it. We're building a community that remembers.
What You'll Do
Reels & Short-form Video
Concept, shoot, and edit 4–6 Reels/month — product reveals, cultural reference content, behind-the-scenes drops
Feed & Carousel Posts
Design or direct static posts that feel editorial, not promotional. Consistent visual language across grid
Captions & Copy
Write captions that land — our tone is knowing and understated. No "shop now 🔥" energy
Community Management
Respond to DMs and comments on Instagram and X; build the relationship, not just the follower count
Drop Campaigns - Build pre-drop hype: countdowns, teasers, launch-day content across all platforms for each new collection
UGC & Reposts - Source, curate, and repost customer content; develop a simple UGC pipeline with tagging incentives
Hashtag & SEO Strategy - Research and maintain a rotating hashtag set; move away from broad tags toward culturally specific ones
Weekly Reporting - Track reach, saves, shares, and profile visits. Shares are our north star — optimise for them
Who We're Looking For
You don't need a degree in marketing. You do need to care deeply about Indian pop culture — enough that you can write a caption referencing a 1994 Doordarshan show and know exactly who'll get it.
Fluent in Instagram — Reels algorithm, saves vs. shares, Story Highlights, the whole thing
Can write sharp, concise copy in both English and Hinglish without it feeling forced
Basic video editing skills — CapCut, InShot, or anything that gets the job done at 9:16
Has a genuine interest in Indian cultural history, retro aesthetics, cinema, or music
Comfortable working with a small brand — you'll own the channels, not take orders on them
Based in India; Noida/Delhi NCR is a bonus but not required
Nice to have: Experience growing a brand (not just a personal page) from under 1,000 followers. If you've helped a small D2C or creator brand find its voice on Instagram, that matters more to us than follower count.
What You Won't Have to Do
We believe in focused roles. You won't be asked to run ads, handle customer support tickets, manage logistics, or do graphic design from scratch — we have systems for those. Your job is to make the brand feel alive online.
