We’re hiring: Packaging & Artwork Coordinator All applicants will need to be based in Malaysia, hold a Malaysian citizenship and have an excellent working knowledge of English. Location: Remote-first, based in Malaysia (Occasional travel to Seremban office as required, plus in-person team collaboration in Kuala Lumpur every 6 months). We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented person to take ownership of packaging artwork coordination across the Group. This is not a hands-on design role — it’s a coordination / project management position focused on managing packaging-related requests, timelines, suppliers and approvals to ensure artwork is delivered accurately and on time. You’ll be: • Coordinating packaging artwork projects end-to-end • Managing communication with factories, suppliers and internal stakeholders • Reviewing and proof-checking packaging artwork and print proofs • Tracking artwork status, updates and approvals • Managing workflow and maintaining accurate records We’re looking for someone who is: ✔ Exceptionally organised and methodical ✔ Strong at stakeholder coordination and follow-up ✔ Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills ✔ Comfortable managing multiple projects at once ✔ Basic working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat to review, mark up and coordinate packaging artwork files. This is not a hands-on design role.
