Overview The International Youth Federation is an international non-profit youth organizations network governed by the present Statutes and the Swiss Civil Code. It is neutral politically, and non denominational, aim to empower youth worldwide. The Leaders Assessment Center (LAC) is a testing facility that conducts competency, personality and knowledge-based assessments for potential candidates and a passing grade is required in order to be considered for any Representative positions. The Oversight & Compliance Specialist ensures that all LAC processes are conducted with integrity, transparency, consistency, and adherence to established policies and standards. The role strengthens institutional accountability by monitoring compliance, identifying risks, and supporting continuous improvement of control systems. Mission Statement To voluntarily represent, positively promote, and uphold the mission of “Empowering youth for a better world” across IYF programs and interventions. Responsibilities Monitor adherence to LAC policies, procedures, and assessment standards. Conduct periodic reviews of recruitment and assessment workflows. Identify gaps, risks, or deviations and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, ethical standards, and data protection principles. Support development of compliance tools and internal control mechanisms. Prepare periodic oversight reports for the Director, LAC. Provide guidance on assessment requirements and best practices. Contribute to strengthening SOPs and capacity‑building initiatives. Promote a culture of transparency and institutional integrity. Languages Fluency in English with strong drafting skills is essential. Experience Preferred experience in HR advisory services, compliance, youth empowerment, development, communications, or international relations.
