Job Description This is a remote position. We’re looking to hire an Outbound Sales Development Specialist who owns multi-channel outreach and is directly accountable for booking qualified sales conversations on our calendar. This role is focused on outbound execution and ownership — not just activity, not just leads. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently generate and book high-quality meetings through a combination of LinkedIn, email, and calls. You’ll work closely with the founder and play a key role in building a repeatable outbound system that drives revenue growth. What You’ll Be Responsible For Core Responsibilities Own outbound sales development end-to-end with the goal of booking qualified meetings Execute multi-channel outreach across: LinkedIn (connection requests, follow-ups, conversations) Email (cold and warm outreach, follow-ups) Calls (especially for warm or semi-warm leads) Work through an initial list of warm leads to generate early meetings Qualify prospects and ensure only relevant, high-quality calls are booked Handle follow-ups and light objections professionally and confidently Track outreach activity and results (responses, meetings booked, conversion rates) Continuously test, refine, and improve outreach messaging and approach System Building Help build and document outbound processes (scripts, templates, sequences) Contribute to creating a repeatable outbound engine that can scale over time Share insights on what’s working and where improvements can be made What Success Looks Like Qualified sales conversations consistently booked on the founder’s calendar Strong ownership of outreach performance and results Clear visibility into outbound activity and outcomes A structured outbound system that improves month over month Requirements Required / Strongly Preferred 3+ years experience in outbound sales development (SDR/BDR or similar) Must have worked with at least one US based company Proven experience booking meetings through outbound efforts Comfortable with cold outreach, follow-ups, and phone calls Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable owning outcomes Able to think strategically and execute consistently Nice to Have Experience in B2B services Experience booking calls for founders or senior decision-makers Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, or basic sales tools What This Role Is Not Not a passive marketing role Not lead collection without qualification Not a script-only, task-based position This role requires ownership, initiative, and accountability.
