Outbound Sales Agent — Karl (Stockholm)
We're building the sales floor that will take Karl across the Swedish market, and we're hiring outbound agents who want to sell hard, earn well, and grow fast. This is a high-volume, phone-first role with serious earning potential through uncapped commission. The pace is quick, the standards are high, and the upside is real for people who can deliver.
What you'll be selling
Karl is an AI marketing director for small and medium businesses. One product that runs a company's entire online presence — customer enquiries, reviews, Google Ads, email campaigns, local SEO, and social content — so owners can stop juggling multiple vendors and get back to running their business.
We sell to Swedish SMBs: trades, clinics, accountants, and local service businesses. The opportunity is wide open. Most of these owners are locked into legacy providers on long contracts that deliver less for more — and Karl beats that on every front: all-in-one, modern, impactful. That makes it a strong, credible offer to put in front of a prospect, and an easy one to be excited about selling.
