Role: - Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant Skill : Oracle HCM, HDL/HSDL, FBDI, Fast Formulas and BPM workflows Experience : 7+ Years Job Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad/ Remote Lead time Hire : We will look for immediate candidates. Technical Skill: A minimum of 7 years of consulting in the implementation of Oracle Cloud across multiple clients with 3+ implementations. Skillful and hands-on experience in data extracts, data loads, BI Reports, Fast Formulas, Payroll Process Flows and BPM workflows (approval rules using both FSM and BPM) Skilled in data conversion/loads using HDL/HSDL, FBDI and other available tools. Familiar with security configurations, including creating Custom roles, auto-provisioning rules and SSO.
