Managing Capabilities:_ * Manage and work with data findings of data specialist * Hold data specialists, dev, and support specialists accountable * Report to the team lead with questions, observations, and process improvement ideas _2\. Optimizing skills:_ * Prepare, run and evaluate A/B tests for clients * Conceptualize, create, prioritize, and design a hypothesis * Prepare templates/ tests for developers for seamless coding schedules _3\.
