About the Position:
As an Operations Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting both the operational and customer-facing functions of Transend. This position is responsible for managing a variety of daily administrative and account management tasks that are essential to the efficient operation of the business. Accuracy, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities are critical to success in this role.
Administrative responsibilities will serve as the primary focus of the position and must be completed accurately and timely each day. Once daily operational tasks have been completed, you will support the Customer Service team by handling inbound and outbound customer communications, assisting customers with account-related inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
This is a remote position and candidates can work from anywhere in the United States.
