Key Responsibilities: • Provide expert-level insights and feedback to improve AI model understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and compliance standards. • Collaborate remotely with a diverse team to develop and curate high-quality manufacturing datasets for AI training purposes. • Analyze complex manufacturing scenarios to identify inefficiencies, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows specifically for AI model training. • Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with industry standards to ensure reliability in real-world applications. • Document and report findings to support continuous improvement of AI systems in manufacturing domains. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven expertise in process optimization and lean manufacturing principles, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. • Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, production workflows, and compliance frameworks such as ISO, OSHA, or industry-specific regulations. • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve manufacturing processes. • Experience in quality control and validation of manufacturing outputs to ensure adherence to industry standards. • Familiarity with basic data analysis tools and methodologies to support troubleshooting and optimization efforts.
