Your focus is to drive the flow of orders—keep schedules on track, remove roadblocks, and ensure all stakeholders stay aligned. ● Oversee the full lifecycle of orders, from start through final delivery ● Keep schedules on track by following up with suppliers, internal teams, and clients ● Communicate proactively using the 1-3-1 rule (provide context, 3 options, and 1 recommended next step) ● Investigate issues using a “5 Whys” approach to identify root causes and prevent repeat problems ● Maintain clear documentation and timely status updates so nothing falls through the cracks ● Highly organized, detail-oriented team players who can manage multiple projects at once Core Competencies Problem Solving Ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical, effective solutions with broad thinking Attention to Detail Meticulous approach to data, documentation, and process execution.
