About Us
We believe the future of software development is AI-native — where engineers operate at a higher level of abstraction and quality remains non-negotiable.
Incubyte is a software craft consultancy where the “how” of building software matters as much as the “what”.
We partner with companies of all sizes, from helping enterprises build, scale, and modernize to early-stage founders bring their ideas to life.
Our engineers operate in an AI-native development model, using AI as a collaborator across the SDLC to accelerate development while upholding the discipline of software craftsmanship. Guided by Software Craftsmanship and Extreme Programming practices, we build reliable, maintainable, and scalable systems with speed, without compromising quality. If this way of building software resonates with you, we’d like to talk.

Job Description
This is a remote position.
Experience Level
This role is ideal for operations professionals with 3–4 years of experience in provider data operations and publisher platform management.
- Healthcare domain — prior exposure to US health systems and provider directories is a good to have; ability to grasp it quickly is a must
- Quick learner — picks up new tools, documentation, and internal systems fast without hand-holding
- US team overlap — comfortable working a shift starting around 3 PM IST to align with the US team
What You’ll Do As An Operations Specialist
- Own the Backlog: Research, validate, and map 3,000 unmatched provider profiles to their correct Google Business Listings within a defined timeline.
- Keep the Queue Clean: Monitor daily incoming flat file data and resolve new unmatched provider records before they pile up.
- Dig Into Root Causes: Investigate why profiles fail to syndicate — not just fix the symptom, but understand what is actually causing the mismatch.
- Work Across Publishers: Troubleshoot publishing failures on Google Business Profile, Bing, Apple Maps, and Reserve with Google — following up until each issue is fully resolved.
- Manage Listings at Scale: Create new listings, resolve duplicates, and close profiles for providers who have changed practice or moved on.
- Support Customer Onboarding: Help health system clients get set up — matching Google profiles, building marketable locations, populating working hours, and mapping categories across publishers.
- Talk to Engineering: Flag patterns and systemic data issues (NAP inconsistencies, format mismatches) to the product and engineering team so we can reduce manual work over time.
- Make Processes Smarter: Recommend improvements to the matching workflow and use AI tools or light scripting to automate what does not need to be done by hand.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- US Healthcare Context: You understand how provider data works — NPI numbers, provider directories, credentialing basics — and you have worked on US healthcare data before, even if not in this exact context.
- Data Instinct: You spot what is wrong with a messy data file without being told where to look, and you know the difference between fixing a record and fixing the problem that caused it.
- Publisher Knowledge: You have worked with Google Business Profile, Bing Places, or Apple Maps in a hands-on capacity — you know how matching works, what causes duplicates, and how to challenge a wrongly flagged listing.
- Technical Comfort: You are comfortable with Postman or any HTTP client for API-level investigation, and you can read and interpret JSON well enough to diagnose what is going wrong.
- Excel Fluency: You handle large, messy data files without stress — cross-referencing, cleaning, and spotting anomalies across hundreds or thousands of rows.
- Clear Writing: You write well — clearly enough that a customer-facing colleague can pick up your update and act on it without asking follow-up questions, and specifically enough that an engineer knows exactly what needs to be fixed.
- Independent Thinking: You work through ambiguous problems without waiting to be told what to do next — if the documentation does not answer your question, you find the answer yourself.
Good to Have
- TypeScript or Scripting Ability: If you can write a small utility to automate a repetitive task, that is a genuine advantage in this role.
- Analytics Tools: Familiarity with Looker or Datadog for monitoring operational health and surfacing anomalies early.
- AI Tool Fluency: You actively use tools like Claude, Gemini, or Copilot to work faster — not as a crutch, but as a genuine productivity layer.
