Job Description Our Expense Management team plays a vital role in supporting employees by ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement of business-related expenses. By carefully verifying and validating expense reports, the team ensures full compliance with the company’s expense policy while maintaining high standards of accuracy and transparency. This work contributes directly to a positive employee experience and supports the company’s overall success. The Expense Management function is part of the wider Accounts Payable team, which consists of approximately 30 employees and covers the full invoice processing cycle, including expense management. The Accounts Payable team in Vilnius is an integral part of Technology & Services Functions and works closely with a corresponding unit at our head office in Denmark. The Expense Management team itself is a close-knit group of five colleagues based in Vilnius. You will: Handle expense claims from employees Communicate and guide our colleagues via e-mail, chat or call Create, develop and update documentation and procedures Maintain and improve quality in service delivery Have a possibility to support SAP Concur implementation project, participate in new initiatives Implement LEAN systems to optimize daily work routines and increase operational efficiency Collect and act on feedback or suggestions for improvement About you: Previous experience working with operations or administrative tasks (would be beneficial) Fundamental understanding of bookkeeping principles A team player with great communication and collaboration skills Proactive, detail-oriented and keen to learn Upper-intermediate English skills both in speaking and writing Experience with SAP Concur (would be beneficial) "We believe that the most valuable asset is human potential.
