Position Overview: Immediately required for a software development company in India a fully remote Operations Officer to support various areas within the organization, including HR, Administration and Business Development. The Operations Officer manages and oversees daily activities, ensures compliance with company policies, analyzes processes for efficiency improvements, keeps accurate records, and supports senior management in executing operational plans. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Prepare introduction letters and employment certificates. Manage timesheets and vacation tracking. Assist with offers and contracts management. Administration Arrange business travel. Manage expenses Provide ad-hoc support, particularly with new office setup. Familiarity with ISO guidelines is a plus Sales & Business Development Data entry and portal updates. Provide documentation support. Register the company with potential clients. Familiarity with data analysis is a plus. Familiarity with Project management guidelines is a plus Qualifications: University degree, preferably in IT or HR. 0-3 years of experience. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong document management skills and Excel proficiency. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
