We currently operate in California, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., with additional markets planned in Texas, Ohio, and beyond. This is a long-term growth opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, coordinating schedules, and helping organizations run more smoothly. YOUR JOB Your job is not simply to solve problems. Your job is to help build systems that prevent problems from happening again. You will regularly communicate with: • School Directors • Parents • Teachers • Internal Administrative Staff One of your most important responsibilities will be ensuring that all parties above that are involved are informed, aligned, and on the same page. When issues arise, you will gather information, communicate with everyone affected, coordinate solutions, and ensure that each person understands what is happening, why it is happening, what actions are being taken, and what comes next. You will help coordinate communication, scheduling, logistics, and operations while continuously identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.
