Role Description This is a part-time, remote Operations Assistant role open to candidates based in Australia only. The Operations Assistant will support day-to-day operational activities, including scheduling, document preparation, data entry, and coordination of internal processes. The role involves tracking tasks and workflows, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with the implementation of operational procedures and tools. The Operations Assistant will respond to internal and external inquiries, liaise with colleagues and stakeholders, and provide timely updates on assigned tasks. The position requires proactive communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a virtual environment. Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Operations and Operations Management, with experience supporting day-to-day business processes and procedures.
Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose practical improvements.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams in a remote setting.
Customer Service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and solution-oriented support.
Proficiency with common office software and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, virtual meeting platforms).
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is an advantage.
Relevant vocational training, diploma, or degree in business, administration, operations, or a related field is preferred.
