Role Description The Operational Specialist role at Kingsway Consulting Group Inc. is a full-time remote position. This role is responsible for coordinating and optimizing daily operational activities related to SR&ED consulting projects, including tracking project progress, maintaining accurate records, and supporting process improvements. The Operational Specialist will collaborate with consultants and clients to gather required information, prepare documentation, schedule meetings, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. They will monitor workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and consistency. Comfort working in a fully remote environment, with strong self-management, time management, and organizational capabilities. Post-secondary education in business, operations, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience; experience in consulting, tax incentives, or SR&ED is an asset.
