Overview As Online Concession Compliance Associate Manager for Flutter Italy, you will ensure regulatory alignment concession requirements across all online brands, particularly with the ADM’s ones. You will manage documentation and submissions, coordinate with stakeholders such as ADM and SOGEI, and support cross-functional initiatives including product approvals, marketing initiatives, Responsible Gaming programs, and internal audits—contributing to a robust and efficient compliance framework. What you’ll do: You will be part of the Online Concession team reporting to the Online Concession Manager; You will ensure adherence to all relevant internal controls and regulatory requirements and enhancing operational efficiency for online regulatory procedures; You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Product, Legal, Tech. etc.) to design implement and operate effective internal controls and managing projects; You will collaborate with II level compliance for reporting activities, including internal control narratives and Control Matrix; Coordinate internal activities and cross-brand projects for the launch of new products and initiatives, ensuring compliance with licensor requirements; Ensure continuous compliance with ADM concession obligations across Flutter Italy online brands; Manage regulatory documentation, portal updates, and maintain accurate internal records; Monitor SLAs and KPIs, ensuring timely execution of concession requirements and escalation of risks; Work on the standardization of cross-brand procedure and definition of new online licensing policies; Ensure alignment and coordination of regulatory activities for implementation across all brands; Provide compliance feedback on marketing campaigns in accordance with local regulations and the internally adopted risk frameworks; Preparation of gap analyses and qualitative assessments to effectively support the business in the adaptation and implementation of new procedures. What you’ll bring: Proven experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the online gaming or highly regulated sectors; Strong understanding of Italian concession frameworks and familiarity with ADM and SOGEI regulatory environments; Ability to manage complex documentation and regulatory submissions with accuracy and timeliness; Excellent communication skills, with experience in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement; Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach and strong organizational skill; Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken; Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Base pay hiring range for this role in Italy - Milan : 50.324 € - 59.149 € gross per year, under the Commercio collective agreement, level 1°.
