Role Overview
Seeking Hematology and Oncology specialists to contribute to high-level clinical evaluation projects focused on complex cancer and hematologic care scenarios.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop clinically accurate case scenarios across oncology and hematology workflows
- Create high-quality reference responses aligned with evidence-based care standards
- Evaluate generated outputs using structured clinical review frameworks
- Provide detailed written feedback to improve overall response quality
- Participate in specialty calibration and onboarding sessions
Who We Are Looking For
- Specialists across Medical Oncology, Hematology, Surgical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Pediatric Heme/Onc
- Professionals with strong clinical judgment in treatment planning, staging, toxicity management, and guideline interpretation
- Individuals experienced in evidence-based decision-making and structured documentation
- Candidates with excellent written communication and analytical skills
- Fellows and practicing physicians with relevant oncology or hematology training are encouraged to apply
Role Details
Compensation: $180-$400/hr
Work style: Fully remote and asynchronous
Duration: Ongoing engagement with flexible workload
