We’re looking for Onboarding/Offboarding Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on assessing client environments, onboarding new clients, transitioning IT services smoothly, and implementing standard toolsets (RMM, backup, EDR, and monitoring). You’ll work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure stable and secure technology operations across multiple environments.
You are a hands-on engineer who can balance technical work with documentation and communication. You take ownership of your projects, troubleshoot efficiently, and always look for ways to automate and improve client environments.
