About the Rol

eWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Coordinator to support US HR operations, India payroll, and essential back-office functions including compliance, onboarding, and billing

.Operating in the US shift, this is a high-impact, multi-functional role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing or consulting environment and enjoys working seamlessly across global teams. A key part of this role will involve playing a vital part in transitioning our India payroll operations from an Employer of Record (EOR) model to an in-house structure

.Key Responsibilitie

s
US Shift HR & Onboarding Operatio

• nsSupport end-to-end US HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, I-9/E-Verify, and employee records managemen
• t.Coordinate consultant onboarding processes, including background checks, drug screening, and payroll setup during US business hour
• s.Maintain and track contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and critical compliance documentatio

n.Payroll & Vendor Complian

• ceCoordinate India payroll (currently managed via EOR) and support the strategic transition to an internal payroll mode
• l.Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with Indian statutory requirements (PF, TDS, etc.
• ).Manage vendor registrations and compliance across state portals and client systems (W-9, insurance, certifications, etc.

).Timesheets, Billing & Back-Office Suppo

• rtOversee timesheet submissions and approvals; resolve discrepancies to ensure timely payroll processin
• g.Support billing and invoicing functions, including invoice submission, tracking payments, and reconciliation
• s.Maintain up-to-date reports and trackers for compliance, contracts, consultants, and financial
• s.Collaborate cross-functionally with recruiting, sales, HR, and finance teams to streamline daily operation
