OFFICE MANAGER – Hybrid Admin + HR Support LOCATION: Scottsdale – 3 Days In-Office/2 Days Remote ROLE SUMMARY Manages day-to-day office operations and supports core HR processes, keeping workflows efficient and the employee experience positive. KEY RESPOINSIBILITIES Manage front office operations (visitors, mail) Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements Order and maintain office supplies and equipment, and liaise with vendors (facilities, IT, maintenance) Maintain filing systems and records, including expense tracking and invoice processing Maintain employee records and HR documentation, support benefits administration, and help ensure policy compliance Lead “Culture Club” - organize and coordinate team activities, lunches, holiday celebrations, and special occasions General assistance to staff when needed Support ad hoc requests QUALIFICATIONS 3–5 years’ experience Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Exposure to HR processes Strong communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Confidentiality, ability to prioritize, professional courtesy, solid judgment. Self-starter/motivated, follow through on tasks and projects, and team player for our fun environment.
