Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and maintain office supplies inventory Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Facilitate a positive work environment and foster team collaboration Perform general clerical duties to support staff as needed Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Customer service orientation Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
