This role requires up to 50% travel throughout North America. Qualifications What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in OE sales, key account management, or a customer-facing role in automotive or tire-industry. Proven ability to manage large, complex customer relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with supply chain, engineering, and customer service teams. Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
