About the Role

We are seeking Nurse Educators (Freelancers) to help improve how AI models understand, analyze, and reason about nursing practice, patient care, clinical education, healthcare communication, and evidence-based nursing principles.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in nursing education and clinical practice to evaluate AI-generated content, develop expert reference responses, assess nursing-related scenarios, and provide structured feedback that helps improve the accuracy, safety, and educational value of advanced AI systems.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated responses related to nursing practice and healthcare education
• Develop expert-level reference responses aligned with evidence-based nursing standards and clinical guidelines
• Assess AI outputs for clinical accuracy, patient safety, nursing judgment, and educational quality
• Grade AI outputs using structured evaluation frameworks and rubrics
• Identify clinical inaccuracies, patient safety concerns, educational gaps, and guideline deviations
• Provide detailed written feedback to improve model performance
• Participate in onboarding sessions, calibration exercises, and quality review activities
• Collaborate with AI researchers and healthcare experts to enhance model capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Sc Nursing, M.Sc Nursing, MSN, DNP, PhD Nursing, or equivalent nursing qualification
• Active nursing registration/license where applicable
• Familiarity with nursing competency frameworks, clinical guidelines, and evidence-based practice
• Knowledge of healthcare simulation, assessment methodologies, and nursing documentation standards
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and written communication skills
• Prior experience in educational content review, healthcare quality assurance, or AI evaluation projects is a plus
• Interest in artificial intelligence and healthcare education innovation
